We are a social services staffing agency specializing in providing on-site 24 hours/day, 365 days/year staffing personnel for many types of social service programs in the Twin Cities. We work on call to provide staffing services to providers when they need them for as long as they need them. We may be requested to fill in for one or two shifts per month to working in long term positions for up to several months or more. We provide support to programs that are in need of additional staffing for a variety of reasons including clientele that may be opening new programs or job sites, programs admitting new clientele or to cover for employees who may out for medical/vacation leave, training purposes, team meetings etc. We also assist providers of service in their permanent recruitment when they are seeking to hire new personnel for their programs.

At Social Service Solutions, Inc we strive to provide experienced, qualified and trained professionals to support people of all ages and abilities.
We hire people that have the experience, education and qualifications to work in the environments specific to each of our clientele. In addition we ensure that all employees receive the required initial and ongoing training per the licensing rules of each environment.
All employees must pass the initial and all ongoing background checks with the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) and/or the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, (BCA).
When staffing assistance is requested we make every effort to fill the request with the same person or people to minimize the time that our clients spend on initial training and to increase client comfort level. We understand that it is difficult and time consuming to train in new employees and our role is to help with this.
For long term or ongoing staffing requests we like to have 2 to 4 people trained in to work at a particular site. When we receive a request for staffing we will first attempt to fill the request with an individual that has been previously trained in at that location. Previously trained in people are familiar with everyone's overall daily routine, health & safety needs, policies etc.
We fill in for long term assignments in case management positions, advocate positions for families and children in shelters, adult day care and child care positions in crisis nurseries and programs. In addition we work in licensed programs including Adult Day Programs, Day Training & Habilitation Programs, SLS, Residential Treatment Programs, Assisted Living, and Foster Care. For long term assignment requests we often set up "meet and greet" opportunities. This initial "meet and greet" consists of a brief meeting between the client and potential employee to tour the environment, discuss the position etc., there is no charge for meet and greet sessions. We want all parties involved to be comfortable and knowledgeable about the requirements of the position and needs of the consumers that we will be providing services to.
