Contracts for services can be customized to meet your specific needs.  You can select what items you want to purchase and create your own contract from the menu of services - you can select only the items that you need.  If you want a service that is not listed, please bring it to our attention - we may be able to incorporate your specific needs into a contract for you.  Our services include: recruitment, employment, training and tech support, and Employer of Record.
 

Licensed Providers

Social Service Solutions Inc. can provide professional on-site staffing personnel to meet your immediate short and long term needs.  We provide employees to your site/home who are experienced and qualified.  Most of our employees have extensive experience in providing services to people with disabilities.

Employees receive prior to placement training in the mandated areas per licensing rules.  In addition, employees also receive on-going training that is spread out during the course of the year.  We are available to provide your immediate needs.  If we are needed to work one shift or cover long term staffing needs, we can do it.  We can arrange to set up meet and greet opportunities with potential employees, we can send one or two employees who we think may be a good fit for you and your client/family member to meet.  These brief meetings can be helpful to you and our employees to see if the assignment would be a good temporary match.  *There is no charge for these brief meet and greet sessions.

We encourage our clients to call us at any time, even at the last minute.  However, the more advance notice we receive with requests, the easier it is for us to secure staffing.

For long and short term assignments we make every effort to fill them with the same person(s).  We know that it is easier for everyone to provide as much consistency as possible.

When we send employees out to a program/home for the first time, they will bring with them an on-site orientation checklist.  We ask that the on-site supervisor review this checklist with the employee.  The list provides the employee with pertinent emergency and program information so that they can become familiar with your clientele and facility/home.

 

With every new contract for services, we complete site specific forms.  These forms list client and program information such as name, address, client and program needs, etc.  We'll also ask for your assistance to update these forms periodically so that we have updated client and program information.

When providing employees to work at your program/home we are the employer of record.  Social Service Solutions  Inc. completes payroll, pays all state and federal taxes, including workers and unemployment compensation.

For clients who are looking to hire permanent employees, we can assist with those needs as well.  Let us know when we are discussing your staffing needs; we may be able to recruit employees who we know are interested in a permanent position with one of our clients.   Some clients and employees prefer to start with a "trial period" to determine if a permanent working relationship is the right fit for them.  Please contact us to receive more information on this fee for services basis.

Family Services

We provide a menu of services to families including those who are receiving CDCS, Consumer Directed Community Supports.  Families can purchase services based on their individual and unique needs.  With this service, families can select the items they want to purchase to create their own contract from our menu.  Feel free to call us for an updated list of menu services that are available.

When recruiting candidates to work in family homes we take our time to find the best person.  We want you to be comfortable with the people that will be working in your home with your family member.
