Social Service Solutions Inc. can recruit employees for you. You offer employment to the candidates that we refer to you. We can perform any or all of the following services:

	Completion of client intake form and placing employment ads.
	Phone screening of applicants.
	Application and background checks.
	Interviews.
	Check references.
	Hiring (offer made, process paperwork).
	Create site specific employee files (includes BCA background checks and training areas identified, initial and ongoing, application and miscellaneous forms).
	Create a recruitment packet. You complete the entire hiring process, we provide you with the generic forms. Forms that we can provide include application, interview questions, reference and background check consents, job descriptions, and health statements. You can use our generic forms, or we can customize our forms to fit your unique needs.
